Portland Dining Month is HERE!.  Come to Chameleon Restaurant in March and enjoy the following: 

First Course

Root Vegetable Salad, heirloom carrots, beets, Belgium endive, micro greens, candied pecans, feta in a honey Dijon and balsamic reduction V V/GF

Entrée

Oregon Ling Cod, herb and panko crusted, served with a lemon grass coconut curry sauce, sautéed kale and jasmine rice. GFA (Vegetarian substitute soy sprouts)

 Dessert

Panna Cotta, topped with mixed berry compote and served with a chocolate covered strawberry

$33 per person (excluding beverages and gratuity)


We are close from February 15th-28th and reopen Friday March 1st. Pat is on a trip to Cuba for a culinary adventure and will be doing guest chefs in restaurants in Havana to share his culinary skills and also to learn the local Cuban cuisine. Valentine’s Day Dinner

First Seating ($45)

(First seating excludes Kabocha squash soup)

Special Early 3-Course Seating. Please Arrive Between 4:45PM – 5:15PM with first course served promptly at 5:30pm. Dinner will conclude prior to 7PM.

Second Seating ($59)

4-Course Seating. Please Arrive Between 7:15PM – 7:30PM with first course served promptly at 7:45pm


MENU

- First -

Grilled Jumbo Shrimp and Oyster Mushrooms.  Served on a bed of creamy polenta with cilantro pesto.

- Second -

(This Course is only available for the Second Seating)

Kabocha squash soup with crème fresh and topped with crispy fried herbs.

- Entrée (please choose one) -

Charred New York steak.  Served over sunchoke and Yukon gold puree.  Grilled asparagus, crispy onion strings with a Malbec reduction.

OR

Pan fried Oregon Dover Sole with a quinoa and herb panko crust.  Served over coconut rice and sautéed kale in a mildly spiced habanero and mango butter sauce.  Topped with Oregon Dungeness crab meat.

 ***Sprouted tofu available as a vegetarian option

- Dessert trio (no choice necessary) -

Grapefruit granita as a palate cleanser

Heart shaved chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse in a white chocolate sauce.  Our signature coconut cream pie with sesame and almond crust.  Chocolate covered strawberry.

Join us for our annual New Year's Eve Dinner on December 31st .  This year we'll be serving a six-course prix fixe dinner with the First Course being served promptly at 7pm.  Seating will begin at 6pm. Dinner guests are invited to stay through the evening celebrations, and ring in the New Year with dancing and a glass of champagne.  

 New Year's celebrations will begin at 11:00pm. Watch the ball drop and dance your way into the new year.

Menu

- First -

Grilled sea scallop in a rosemary and peppercorn cream sauce. Toasted herb baguette. ***Gluten free available

- Second -

Winter squash soup served with crème fraiche and crispy fried sage. GF

- Third -

Root vegetable salad. Heirlooms carrots, beets, endive, micro greens, candied pecans, feta cheese in a pomegranate Dijon dressing. GF

- Fourth -

Ravioli filled with roasted duck, Thai basil, leeks, ricotta, mozzarella, asiago. Served with a lemongrass red coconut curry

- Entrée (please choose one) -

Grilled ribeye steak. Served over creamy polenta. Pan-roasted rainbow carrots, asparagus and crispy onion strings with cabernet reduction. GF

OR

Grilled king salmon. Topped with a cilantro pesto and Oregon Dungeness crab meat. Served with sautéed Shanghai baby bok choy and jasmine rice. GF ***Sprouted tofu available as a vegetarian option

- Dessert trio (no choice necessary) -

Apple granita as a palate cleanser

Lavender panna cotta topped with mixed berry compote, port wine reduction. Chocolate dipped strawberry. Chocolate torte with white chocolate sauce.
